Feeding the Fasting During Ramadan

Feeding the fasting is a powerful act of charity. It supports people who fast all day with little or no food at home. Your donation ensures they can break their fast with dignity.

Islam teaches that whoever feeds a fasting person earns the same reward as the one who fasted, without reducing their reward in any way. This makes Iftar charity a unique opportunity in Ramadan.

Iftar donations provide hot meals or food packs at sunset. These meals reach families, refugees, and vulnerable individuals who depend on charitable support during Ramadan.

You can feed one person or many. There is no fixed amount. Every meal matters. Every donation helps someone complete their fast with nourishment and relief.

Global Helping Hands delivers Feed the Fasting programmes across areas of need. Meals are distributed daily throughout Ramadan to ensure timely support at Iftar time.

Feeding the fasting is voluntary charity. It can be given on behalf of yourself or others. Many people donate on behalf of parents or loved ones to share the reward.

Online donation makes participation easy. You give once or give daily throughout Ramadan. The reward multiplies with every sunset.

Feeding the fasting turns your charity into immediate comfort. It brings relief at the moment it is needed most.
