Sumaya successfully advanced to third grade with an excellent average. She enjoys playing and drawing with her sister and regularly attends the mosque, where she has nearly completed memorizing Juz Amma. At home, she also practices the Al-Rashidi primer and multiplication tables. Sumaya has insulin resistance and requires medication, a special diet, monthly medical follow-ups, and laboratory tests. She also suffers from dental erosion associated with low calcium and iron deficiency. She needs continued sponsorship so that she can receive treatment and continue attending school successfully.
