This year, I’ll be climbing Pen y Fan while fasting to raise funds for emergency aid in Gaza.

Choosing to go without food and water for a day is a personal challenge. For many families in Gaza, hunger, fear and uncertainty are not a choice.. they are daily realities.
I wanted to turn intention into action. To do something that stretches me physically and mentally, in solidarity with people facing unimaginable hardship.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about people..

Mothers, fathers, children.. human beings who deserve safety, dignity and access to basic necessities like food, water and medical care.

I’m raising money through Global Helping Hands under their 100% donation policy, meaning every pound donated goes directly to those in need.
